1. Eligibility for Refunds: Refunds are considered on a case-by-case basis and are not guaranteed. To be eligible for a refund, you must meet the following criteria:

   - You must request a refund within 7 days of receiving the final deliverable (e.g., edited video, optimized metadata, or other completed service).

   - You must provide a detailed explanation of why the service did not meet your expectations, including specific issues with the deliverable.

   - The service must not have been used or published (e.g., the edited video or optimized content must not have been uploaded to YouTube, X, or any other platform).

 

2. Non-Refundable Services: Certain services are non-refundable, including but not limited to:

   - Services that have already been completed and delivered as per the agreed-upon scope of work.

   - Custom projects where significant work has been completed (e.g., extensive video editing or SEO research tailored to your specifications).

   - Services where you have approved the deliverable or failed to provide feedback within the agreed-upon revision period.

 

3. Partial Refunds: In some cases, we may offer a partial refund at our discretion. This may apply if:

   - The service was partially completed due to cancellation by you after work had begun.

   - There was a minor issue with the deliverable that we were unable to resolve to your satisfaction, despite reasonable efforts.

 

Requesting a Refund

To request a refund, please follow these steps:

2. Include the following information in your request:

   - Your name and contact details.

   - Details of the service purchased (e.g., project description, invoice number).

   - A detailed explanation of the issue and why you are requesting a refund.

3. Our team will review your request and respond within 5 business days. We may ask for additional information or offer to revise the deliverable to address your concerns before processing a refund.

 

Processing Refunds

If your refund request is approved:

- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.

- Processing times may vary depending on your payment provider, but we will initiate the refund within 10 business days of approval.

- Any transaction fees charged by payment processors (e.g., Stripe, PayPal) are non-refundable and will be deducted from the refund amount.

 

Cancellations

If you wish to cancel a project before work has begun, you may be eligible for a full refund, minus any transaction fees. Cancellations after work has started may be eligible for a partial refund, depending on the progress of the project. Exceptions

We reserve the right to deny a refund if:

- The refund request is made after the 7-day window.

- The service has been used, published, or distributed in any form.

- The dissatisfaction is due to factors outside our control, such as changes in platform algorithms, audience response, or your failure to provide necessary materials or feedback.
